This was the best experience, the employees were amazing, everyone was so sweet. I have a very complicated schedule with playing college softball, and they were so cooperative. I got my extensions done by Kristin Hawk and her service was hands down the best service ever. she is so friendly and respectful! Her my final product of my hair was beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

By far the best experience ive had at a salon. I have THICK course wave frizzy hair that is not always particularly easy to work with. Amber knocked it out of the park with both my cut and color. She took so much time to work with me and listened to exactly what I wanted for my hair. I've had the experience that when I say anything about blond I end up getting waaaayyyy more than what I envisioned. But Amber brought beautiful life and dimension back to my straw bleached locks. Highly highly recommend her 😍😍

I cannot recommend Kristin at Against the Grain enough! She worked with my busy schedule to get me in for a color that i desperately needed. This was my first time getting my hair done away from my normal salon and Kristin made me feel welcome and comfortable the entire appointment! The color was perfect and my experience with Kristin was a 10/10!!!

I have used Kristin multiple times for multiple occasions (my wedding, my sisters wedding, haircuts, hair colors, etc). She has done an amazing job every time and is always enjoyable to work with! I would recommend her for anyone looking for a hair stylist!

I have seen Kristin at Against the Grain since the salon opened. & i never leave the chair disappointed! She always accommodates getting me in around both of our busy schedules. We have done a few “surprise me” hair styles/ colors and she always goes above and beyond with what I expect. Everyone in the salon is wonderful, but Kristin is the best in my book!
